Refund / Cancellation Policy

How refunds, cancellations, monthly retainers and advertising spend are handled.

1. Project setup fees

One-time setup fees, website build fees, audit fees, strategy fees or onboarding fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, because time, planning and resource allocation begin immediately.

2. Monthly retainers

Monthly service retainers are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed. Retainer fees are generally not refundable for the current billing period once the period has started.

3. Cancellation

Unless a proposal or agreement states otherwise, ongoing monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice by emailing bridgewiredigital@gmail.com.

4. Advertising spend

Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta is subject to those platforms’ rules and is not controlled by Bridgewire Digital. Management fees and ad spend are separate unless expressly stated.

5. Change of mind

Refunds are not provided for change of mind after work has started, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Service issues

If you believe there is an issue with a service, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and may offer a fix, credit, partial refund or other remedy where appropriate and where required by law.
