1. Services

Bridgewire Digital provides marketing strategy, Google Business Profile support, local SEO, website development, paid advertising, content, reporting and related growth-system services.

2. Proposals and scope

Specific deliverables, timelines, fees and inclusions will be set out in a written proposal, quote, invoice, service agreement or statement of work. If there is a conflict, the signed or accepted proposal takes priority.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business, login, brand, website and advertising account information.
  • Respond to reasonable requests for approvals, photos, reviews, project details and access.
  • Ensure your business licences, claims, promotions and service information are accurate.
  • Pay invoices by the due date.

4. No guaranteed rankings or results

Marketing results depend on competition, budget, seasonality, website quality, reviews, pricing, response speed, customer service and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, leads, bookings, profitability or advertising performance.

5. Third-party platforms

Google, Meta, hosting providers, domain providers, CRM tools and other platforms may change policies, pricing, features or availability. We are not responsible for outages, suspensions or changes caused by third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, once paid in full, final website copy, designs and deliverables created specifically for you may be used by your business. Bridgewire Digital retains rights to pre-existing templates, frameworks, processes, know-how and internal tools.

7. Payment

Fees are payable as set out in the relevant quote, invoice or agreement. Late payment may delay work or pause service delivery.

8. Limitation of liability
